Student Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Intern to join our team and provide support to our Project Management and Data Entry functions. As a Student Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you are a proactive learner with strong organizational skills and a desire to develop your skills in project management and data entry, we want to hear from you!
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating and managing customer projects, including updating project plans, tracking progress, and preparing project documentation.
- Provide support to Data Entry Specialists in entering, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular data quality checks and assist in identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
- Prepare and organize data for entry, including sorting, scanning, and digitizing documents.
- Assist in generating reports, charts, and graphs based on database information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Support project meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive learner with a desire to develop new skills and knowledge.
