Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven account manager to join our team and manage client accounts. As an account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and goals, and develop strategies to achieve them using LeadRealizer products and services.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide product updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products and services.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with clients to maximize their use of LeadRealizer solutions.
  • Monitor client accounts and performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and priorities within the organization, and escalate issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with clients, promoting long-term partnerships and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving customer success and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
